From the perspective of dense refractory bricks, if the aluminum content exceeds 48%, they can be called high aluminum bricks. There are also high aluminum bricks with different aluminum contents of 55%, 65%, 75%, 80%, and 85%, which can be used in furnace lining at different temperatures.

The composition of dense refractory bricks is aluminum, the production technology is to add high alumina particles in different proportions to high alumina powder, which is formed under high pressure and sintered at high temperature. So CH Refractories dense refractory bricks have high strength and good thermal shock stability.

CH Refractories have advanced process equipment and raw material preparation system, batching using electronic batching car, mixing using 750 forced mixer, molding equipment: 1000 tons of brick press 2 sets, 630 tons of brick press 4 sets, 400 tons of brick press 14 sets, 315 tons of brick press 22 sets, 160 tons of brick press 2 sets, 60 tons of brick press 8 sets. Sintering equipment: high temperature shuttle kiln 1, high temperature 180 meters tunnel kiln 2, high temperature 120 meters tunnel kiln 1, medium temperature tunnel kiln 1. Also have a full set of refractories conventional testing equipment, can ensure the quality before sending to customers.
