Broad Market
Products are exported to Germany, Korea, Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Russia, Uzbekistan and other countries.

Calcined Bauxite
Calcined Bauxite is produced by sintering high-alumina bauxite in rotary, round or shaft kilns at high temperatures. This process of calcining (heating) bauxite in kilns removes moisture and gives Calcined Bauxite its high alumina content and refractoriness, low iron, and grain hardness and toughness.
Refractory Cement
Refractory cement and raw materials are hard, heat resistant materials that are suitable for applications that require high temperature strength, wear resistance, electrical or thermal insulation, or other specialized characteristics. High temperature cements are usually used to patch or line furnaces and bond bricks or joints in high temperature applications.

Production Process of Refractories Raw Material
Mining & Crushing
Raw bauxite is mined and crushed into smaller particles.
Calcination
Heated in rotary kilns or shaft kilns at 1400–1800°C to drive off free and combined water, converting gibbsite (Al(OH)₃) and boehmite (AlO(OH)) into corundum (α-Al₂O₃).
Cooling & Sizing
The calcined product is cooled and graded into different particle sizes.
Refractory grade calcined bauxite (CB-I and CB-II Grade): To make the refractory grade, bauxite is thermally treated at 1600 deg C to produce calcined bauxite where the alumina content is mostly above 80%.
Brown fused alumina, proppants, and road surfacing: To make the above grades bauxite is thermally treated at 1000 deg C – 1200 deg C to produce calcined bauxite where the alumina content is anywhere between 75 – 85 % depending on the requirement.
Anti-skid protection: Calcined bauxite is an ideal aggregate for anti-skid applications. It is used extensively for vehicle skid prevention and on surfaces requiring additional safety. The bauxite may be trowelled into fresh concrete, added to paints, or applied to surfaces using resin types of cement and adhesives.
High Friction Surface Treatment (HFST): HFST is a cost-effective method to reduce skidding and is mainly used to make roadways safer. It is used on horizontal curves or ramps, intersections, steep grades, bridge decks, roundabouts, and pavement surfaces.
Refractories: Refractories are insulating materials that maintain their strength and chemical properties at high temperatures. They are used to line boilers, furnaces, kilns, reactors.

Storage Conditions of Refractories Raw Material
Refractory monolithics (dry castables and gun mixes, basic castables and gun mixes, plastics, wet and dry mortars, liquid seals, precast shapes) should be stored in a dry, covered, weatherprotected location, such as a permanent warehouse, and placed on a concrete slab, asphalt pad, or other impermeable surface. The product should be stored on the original pallets (with stretch wrap or original packaging intact, when applicable) but elevated from the surface to allow air circulation. Care should be taken to avoid high humidity locations where moisture can collect under the plastic pallet wrapping.
Refractory monolithics should NOT be stored on grass, soil, or other non-compacted surface or any area where moisture can collect, stand, or come in contact with the refractory or refractory packaging.
Refractory bags or containers showing evidence of damage, or being previously opened, should not be used and should be discarded. Bags containing dry refractory that is agglomerated, containing hard lumps, or have evidence of water stains should not be used and should be discarded. Hard lumps indicate that the dry refractory has come into contact and reacted with water.
Ideal air and material temperature range during storage is 50°F (10°C) to 80°F (27°C) for all refractory monolithic products.
