The Pre Mix Silica Ramming Mass is a high-performance refractory material designed for induction furnaces and foundry industries. It is made of high-purity quartz sand as the main raw material, which is mixed with binders and catalysts in a scientific ratio after strict screening and chemical treatment. It can provide excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance in high temperature environments.

Features

Excellent high temperature resistance
The main component of our product is high-purity quartz sand with a SiO₂ content of more than 98%. This high-purity silicon material can maintain chemical stability in high-temperature environments up to 1700°C and avoid material failure due to high-temperature decomposition or reaction, thereby extending the service life of the furnace lining.

 

Excellent thermal shock resistance
The Pre Mix Silica Ramming Mass uses scientific particle grading design to ensure that the internal thermal stress of the material is evenly distributed when the temperature changes sharply, reducing the probability of cracking caused by thermal expansion or contraction. Compared with ordinary materials, our materials have an improvement of about 25% in thermal shock resistance, which is particularly suitable for smelting processes with high-frequency heating and cooling.

 

Long service life
Our products add special antioxidants and binders to the formula, which can effectively resist the erosion of molten iron, slag and other chemicals. This feature prolongs the service life of the furnace lining by 30%-40% compared to traditional refractory materials, which can reduce the replacement frequency and maintenance cost of the furnace lining.
