Product description
Magnesia carbon refractory is made from fused magnesia, high-purity magnesia and graphite, and are formed by high pressure molding and low temperature treatment. Different grades of mag carbon bricks can be selected according to different smelting conditions , service life in heats and smelting steel grades.
CH refractories will provide free design of alumina magnesia carbon bricks lining for your ladle, (EAF) electric arc furnace refractory lining and blast furnace refractory, according to your furnace working condition and heats requirement, refining time to guarantee service life.

Application:
Magnesia carbon refractory is widely used in steel, aluminum electrolysis, petrochemical and other industries, because they have excellent high temperature, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength and electrical conductivity characteristics.

Advantages of magnesia carbon refractory
Due to the high carbon content of magnesia carbon refractory, its hardness and wear resistance are relatively high. Therefore, it has good wear resistance in an environment that is easy to wear. In addition, due to the characteristics of magnesia carbon brick itself, it has good self-lubrication performance, thereby reducing the wear problem caused by friction.
