Product description
The Zirconia Ramming Mass is a high-performance refractory material with zirconium oxide as the main raw material, which is widely used in high-temperature furnace lining structures in the metallurgical, non-ferrous metal and glass industries.

Features
Excellent high temperature resistance
The Zirconia Ramming Mass is made of high-purity zirconium oxide (ZrO₂), which has a melting point of up to 2700°C and can withstand extremely high-temperature conditions. In high-temperature smelting and casting processes, this material can maintain a stable structure and is not easy to melt or deform.
Excellent erosion resistance
Our materials have extremely high chemical stability, especially in acidic and alkaline slag environments. Compared with traditional siliceous or aluminosilicate refractories, our products have an erosion resistance of about 30%-50%.
Excellent durability
The internal crystal structure of our products is dense, and the porosity is less than 10%, which is much lower than the 15%-20% of ordinary refractories. This high density gives it stronger compressive strength and wear resistance, and it can maintain integrity under mechanical shock and long-term thermal cycling conditions, extending its service life.
Excellent thermal shock stability
Due to its unique crystal phase structure, our products can effectively absorb the stress caused by sudden temperature changes, avoiding cracks or material peeling. In an environment with frequent alternation of hot and cold, its thermal shock resistance is about 25% higher than that of traditional refractories.
