Product description
Chrome magnesiterefractory bricks according to manufacturing method, which are:
1.Common chrome magnesite refractory brick is made by sintered magnesia and refractory level chrome ore as raw materials. The space between refractory grains is bonded with silicate.
2.Direct-bonded chrome magnesite refractory brick is made by chrome ore with low content of impurities and pure magnesite, firing at the temperature above 1700°C.
3.Semi-rebonded and fuse-rebonded chrome magnesite refractory brick are made by fused magnesite chrome sinter.
CH Refractories will suggest you the most suitable and economical chrome magnesite refractory brick according to your kiln or furnace casting condition to save your money and achieve the best performance.

Application of chrome magnesite refractory brick:
Chrome magnesite refractory brick is mainly used in metallurgical industry, such as building open furnace top, electric furnace top, furnace refining furnace and various non-ferrous metal smelting furnace. The high temperature part of the wall of the power electric furnace is made of molten magnesia chrome brick, the high erosion area of the refining furnace outside the furnace is made of molten magnesia chrome brick and the high erosion area of the non-ferrous metal flash melting furnace is made of molten magnesia chrome brick and synthetic material. In addition, magnesium-chrome brick is also used in cement rotary kiln firing belt and glass kiln regenerator chamber and other parts.
