Product description
Lc 60 castable with low cement content. They are characterized by low cement dosage, low calcium content, low porosity, and strong erosion resistance.
The most commonly used low-cement castable is aluminum silicate, which is a high-aluminum low-cement castable. The cement content of high-aluminum low-cement castable is 6%. If the cement content is 1%, it is an ultra-low cement castable.

Applications of lc 60 castable:
◆Cement kiln
◆Heating furnace
◆Recirculating fluidized bed boiler
◆Chemical industry and construction industry
◆Tundish lining
The outstanding properties of lc 60 castable are as follows:
After the low-cement castable is cast and molded, there is no moisture problem during the curing process. Hydration during the heating and baking process will lead to a decrease in strength at medium temperatures. On the contrary, as the heat treatment increases, the strength also increases.
