Ultrafine powder combined refractory castable is a cement-free refractory castable, which is developed on the basis of ultra-low cement refractory castable. Since the CaO in the castable contains less Dong, it has excellent high temperature performance. Its varieties include aluminum silicate, corundum, mullite, magnesium, aluminum magnesium, aluminum magnesium spinel, etc. Condensation hardening obtains strength through the agglomeration and combination of ultrafine powder.

Advantages of lc castable comparing with common castable

 

The difference between low-cement castables and high-aluminum castables is that in the raw materials of low-cement castables, the matrix is higher than that of high-aluminum castables, and the ultrafine powder used for cohesion and bonding is calcium aluminate white cement. There is also the use of ultra-fine powder technology, low calcium content of low cement castables, and high strength in the later stages of use.
