Product description
CH Refractories manufacturing refractory cement mortar is finished products. The so-called finished refractory mortar means that the raw material and clinker have been mixed in proportion. When used on site, you only need to add water and stir evenly according to the standard.

Classification of refractory cement mortar
Refractory mortar can be divided into the following three categories according to different binders:
(1) Ceramic bonded refractory mortar, which is a mixture composed of refractory fine aggregate and ceramic binder (plastic clay). It is delivered in a dry state and needs to be added with water before use. It is hardened by ceramic bonding at high temperatures.
(2) Hydraulically bonded refractory mortar is a mixture composed of refractory fine aggregate and hydraulic binder (cement) that plays the main binding role. The delivery state is only dry and can be used after adding water. There is no need to heat when hardening.
(3) Chemically bonded refractory mortar is a mixture composed of refractory fine aggregate and chemical binders (inorganic, organic-inorganic, organic). It is delivered either in slurry or dry form and hardens below the ceramic bonding temperature. According to the hardening temperature, this kind of refractory mortar can be divided into two types: air-hardening and thermo-hardening. Air-hardening refractory clay is often formulated with air-hardening binders such as water glass. Hot-hardening refractory mortar is often formulated with hot-hardening binders such as phosphoric acid or phosphate. After hardening, this thermosetting refractory mortar not only has high strength at various temperatures, but also has the characteristics of small shrinkage, tight joints, and strong corrosion resistance.
