Product description
CH Refractories manufactured rotary kiln bauxite is made from selected bauxite ore and calcined by rotary kiln. The content is from 50% Al2O3 to 88% Al2O3. Size is customized according to customers requirements, generally including 325 mesh, 200 mesh, 0-1/1-3/3-5mm.
Production process:
1. Pretreatment: rotary kiln bauxite is crushed and screened to remove impurities and unwanted particles. This step helps improve the calcination results and product quality.
2. Drying: Dry bauxite in drying equipment to remove free moisture. Equipment such as rotary dryers and fluidized bed dryers are usually used.
3. Preheating: Heat the dried bauxite in the preheating equipment to the appropriate temperature before the calcination temperature. Preheating helps reduce energy consumption during calcination.
4. Calcining: The preheated bauxite is sent to the calcining equipment, the most common one is to use a rotary kiln for calcining.
5. Cooling: After the calcination is completed, the calcined bauxite is sent to cooling equipment, such as a rotary cooler, etc.
