Product description
High-strength and wear-resistant alumina castable refractory are mainly made of high-strength refractory raw materials such as special-grade alumina, corundum and silicon carbide as aggregates and fine powder, and added with micro powder. The material has the characteristics of good volume stability, high strength, good wear resistance, thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, no cracking, no peeling, etc. The product is mainly used in parts of industrial kilns with severe erosion and wear such as ball rotary kilns and coal injection pipes.

Application of alumina castable refractory
High-strength wear-resistant alumina castable refractory are mainly used at the front end of cement kiln burners. Since this part is always washed by airflow in the kiln, especially the lower part is more severely washed, and the airflow carries the material dust in the kiln. The impact on the front end of the burner will cause strong erosion and wear, thus reducing the service life of the equipment. At the top of the kiln head cover near the tertiary air duct, the erosion of dust airflow is relatively serious; the top of the front end of the grate cooler is unfairly affected by the rebound heat of the clinker. Impact, the working temperature is relatively high and changes greatly. The low walls on both sides of the front end of the grate cooler cause high-temperature clinker coming down from the kiln mouth for a long time, and are damaged by certain mechanical pressure and cooking stress, as well as the tertiary air duct. Corners are also prone to wear under the erosion of dust airflow, so castables with good wear resistance and fire resistance should be used in these parts.
