Alumina castable is a kind of refractory castable which uses high alumina raw materials as aggregates and the powder and then be added with binding agent. High aluminum castable refractories has high mechanical strength, good thermal shock resistance, good corrosion resistance. High temperature castable refractory is mainly used for coating, cast, furnace lining of boiler, blast furnace hot blast stove, heating furnace, ceramic kiln and various industrial furnaces.

Application of alumina castable

 

Alumina castable are used in various heating furnaces, soaking furnaces, circulating fluidized bed boilers, waste incinerators, waste heat power generation boilers, hot blast furnaces, continuous casting tundish, hot metal tanks and tapping troughs, etc.
