Product description
CH Refractories Carbon block adopts high quality, low ash content (ash content 4%-6%) through 1750~2200°C high temperature electrical calcination processing of anthracite as the main raw material, adding silicon metal, silicon carbide and alumina fine powder as additives, coal tar as binder, hot mixing at a certain temperature, the mixture is molded by high frequency vibration, made of accurate shape and size. Carbon block products with high surface finish.

Advantages of CH Refractories carbon block:
CH Refractories carbon block in addition to high temperature resistance, high temperature strength, not easy to stick iron slag, corrosion resistance and other characteristics, it can also use the heat in the baking and production process to gradually roast into a solid, dense, nearly seamless integral furnace lining.

Application of carbon block:
Mainly used in blast furnace, calcium carbide furnace, ferroalloy furnace, crystalline silicon furnace, yellow phosphorus furnace and other high temperature furnace.
