Product description
High-strength wear-resistant castable refractory cement for forge are mainly used at the front end of cement kiln burners. Since this part is always washed by airflow in the kiln, especially the lower part is more severely washed, and the airflow carries the material dust in the kiln.
The construction of castable refractory cement for forge is very important, especially the amount of water added. The amount must be controlled according to the construction instructions. Do not add more. When mixing, aggregate first, then fine powder, then add binder. The mixing time cannot be less than 5 minutes.
After the initial setting and final setting of castable refractory cement for forge after construction, the hcastable refractory cement for forge must be cured before they can be demoulded, and then undergo an appropriate period of natural curing before they can be put into baking before use.

Advantages of castable refractory cement for forge
◆High strength,
◆Long service life
◆Good wear resistance
◆Thermal shock resistance,
