Product description
The CCM Casting Powder is a key material used to cover the surface of molten steel in the continuous casting (CCM) process. Its main function is to form a uniform protective film to prevent molten steel from contacting with air, reduce oxid, ation and improve casting quality.

Feature
Excellent deoxidation performance
Our products can effectively remove oxides and gases from molten steel during the casting process, keep the molten steel pure, and improve casting quality. Secondly, our casting powder uses high-efficiency deoxidizing materials, which improves the deoxidation efficiency by more than 20% compared with ordinary casting powder.
High fluidity and uniformity
Our products have excellent fluidity and uniformity. Its particle fineness and distribution are precisely controlled, which can quickly and evenly cover the surface of molten steel during continuous casting, avoiding uneven crusting and thermal cracks during the cooling of molten steel.
Improve the surface quality of castings
The CCM Casting Powder can form a uniform and stable protective layer during the casting process through precise formula design. Secondly, compared with traditional casting powder, the surface quality of castings using our casting powder is improved by 15%-20%, making the quality of the final product more consistent.
