Product description
The Silica Firebrick is a high-temperature refractory material mainly composed of silica (SiO2), which has excellent high-temperature resistance and acid resistance and is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, construction and other high-temperature industrial fields.

Features
Excellent high temperature resistance
The main component of Silica Firebrick is silica (SiO2), which has a melting point of more than 1700°C and can withstand working environment temperatures of up to 1600°C. Under high temperature conditions, silica refractory bricks can maintain strong structural stability and prevent deformation or cracking due to sudden temperature changes.
Acid corrosion resistance
Our refractory bricks have a high SiO2 content (usually more than 93%), so they have good acid resistance. Compared with other refractory bricks, silica refractory bricks can effectively resist the erosion of acidic substances and avoid corrosion or damage during long-term use.
Thermal stability
Our products show excellent thermal stability in environments with sudden temperature changes. Its low thermal expansion coefficient prevents the brick body from cracking due to excessive stress when the temperature changes drastically. This feature makes silica refractory bricks particularly outstanding in high temperature environments such as heat exchange equipment and heating furnaces.
Low thermal conductivity
The low thermal conductivity of our products means that it can effectively insulate heat and reduce heat energy loss. Secondly, compared with ordinary refractory bricks, the thermal conductivity of our products is reduced by about 20%-30%, which helps to improve the thermal efficiency of the furnace.
