Sk34 brick have good fire resistance: clay firebricks have good high temperature resistance, usually can withstand high temperatures above 1000℃, and some can even reach high temperatures above 1500℃.Sk34 brick have strong corrosion resistance: clay and kaolin in clay refractory brick materials contain high silicate and aluminate, which can resist various acids, alkali, salt and other chemical corrosion, so it is widely used in chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power and other fields.

Applications of sk34 brick
Construction industry: sk34 brick can be used for building firewalls, fire doors, flue and other parts.
Power industry: sk34 brick can be used in power station boiler, flue, desulfurization equipment, dust removal equipment, burner and other high temperature parts.
The manufacturing process of clay firebrick includes the steps of raw material mixing, molding, drying and high temperature firing. Among them, the raw material mixing needs to be accurately proportioning, the molding process adopts pressing, extrusion, injection molding and other methods, and the drying methods include natural drying, air drying and hot air drying. High temperature firing requires control of parameters such as temperature, holding time and atmosphere to ensure that the physical and chemical properties of clay refractory bricks meet the requirements of the standard.
