Product description
The sub entry nozzle is an important passage connecting the tundish and the crystallizer. It is called the choke point of continuous casting. It plays a connecting role and is an important part of the clean steel smelting process. The outlet of the subentry nozzleis immersed in the molten steel in the crystallizer, which prevents secondary oxidation of the molten steel, controls the flow rate of the molten steel when it enters the crystallizer, is conducive to the floating of inclusions in the molten steel, and can effectively prevent the entanglement. The occurrence of slag phenomenon, etc., ensures the stable operation of the continuous casting process.
