Product description
Dense castable refractory is a cement-free refractory castable, which is developed on the basis of ultra-low cement refractory castable. Since the CaO in the castable contains less Dong, it has excellent high temperature performance. Its varieties include aluminum silicate, corundum, mullite, magnesium, aluminum magnesium, aluminum magnesium spinel, etc. Condensation hardening obtains strength through the agglomeration and combination of ultrafine powder.

Advantages of dense castable refractory:
◆Higher strength than common castable
◆Made from high quality raw material
◆Excellent strength at various temperatures
◆Good thermal shock resistance
Applications of dense castable refractory:
◆Cement kiln
◆Heating furnace
◆Recirculating fluidized bed boiler
◆Chemical industry and construction industry
◆Tundish lining
