High temperature ceramic fiber board is made of ceramic fiber cotton produced by resistance furnace injection fiber forming process as raw material and processed by vacuum forming process. It is a lightweight, flexible refractory fiber insulation material, which is processed from a combination of high-purity refractory oxides and organic binders. Ceramic fiber vacuum forming felt not only has the excellent properties of bulk ceramic fiber cotton, but also has good strength and elasticity. It is a multi-functional product.

Application of high temperature ceramic fiber board

 

●Kiln construction: hot surface refractory materials (replacing fiber blankets), heavy refractory linings, expansion joints;
●Light industry: lining of combustion chambers of industrial and household boilers;
●Petrochemical industry: High-temperature heating furnaces are lined with heat-getting surface materials;
