Jm26 brick Mullite insulating brick made by CH refractories is JM series according to international standard.
jm26 brick adapts to various furnace types and different construction environment well. Mullite insulating brick is high level insulation products for kiln and furnace, which can be used for higher temperature insulating layer than common insulating bricks.
Advantages of jm26 brick:
Excellent thermal insulation properties: insulated firebrick have low thermal conductivity, which can effectively isolate heat transfer inside and outside the furnace and improve energy utilization efficiency. At the same time, it can reduce the temperature rise of the outer wall, protect the furnace structure and reduce heat radiation
High temperature resistance: High-alumina polylight bricks use high-purity alumina as the main component and have excellent high-temperature resistance. In high temperature environments, it can maintain stable physical and chemical properties, is not prone to ablation and deformation, and extends its service life.

Because jm23 brick with smaller bulk density whose strength is not as strong as heavy weight fire bricks, when delivering, CH Refractories will package insulating firebricks with special packages to protect insulating clay bricks from damage.
