Insulating soft fire brick made by CH refractories is JM series according to international standard.
insulating soft fire brick is a new type of lightweight mullite bricks with 50-80% Al2O3, mullite (3Al2O3·2SiO2) as main crystalline phase and binder phase. Jm23 insulation brick is widely used for working face inner lining that contact flame directly because high temperature stability and high strength, low thermal expansivity and good thermal shock resistance.

Advantages of insulating soft fire brick:
High temperature resistance: insulating soft fire brick use high-purity alumina as the main component and have excellent high-temperature resistance. In high temperature environments, it can maintain stable physical and chemical properties, is not prone to ablation and deformation, and extends its service life.
low density: insulating soft fire brick use lightweight aggregate as the main raw material, making them less dense. Compared with traditional refractory bricks, it is lighter in weight, reduces structural load, and facilitates construction and transportation.
