Product description
The Ladle Gunning Mix is a high-performance refractory material designed for the steel smelting industry and is widely used in the repair and maintenance of ladle linings in steel plants. It is usually evenly coated on the surface of the ladle lining by spraying to resist high temperature, strong corrosion, and mechanical impact.

Features
High refractory properties
The Ladle Gunning Mix are made of high-purity refractory raw materials, which are specially proportioned and processed to have excellent thermal stability in high-temperature environments. Secondly, this mixture can be used for a long time in high-temperature environments up to 1600°C and is not easy to melt.
Excellent erosion resistance
Our products have better erosion resistance than ordinary refractory materials, especially when facing chemical erosion such as molten steel and slag. This is because we have a fine particle structure that can effectively reduce the erosion of molten metal and slag on the furnace lining.
Excellent impact resistance
Our products have strong impact resistance, which means that after spraying, they can withstand the impact from high-temperature liquid metal without cracking or falling off.
