Product description
Ordinary refractory insulation bricks using temperature of 1350-1500℃, suitable for hydrogen, CO and other gases as the protective atmosphere of the kiln. Lightweight corundum brick can be used as furnace lining with the temperature reaching 1650-1800℃, which can directly contact the flame, but it should not be eroded by slag.

Application of refractory insulation bricks
It is used in refractory hot surface linings and backing insulation layers of other refractory materials, Refractory insulation materials for industrial furnaces such as cracking furnace tubular heating furnaces, reforming furnaces, hot blast furnaces, ladle insulation linings, shuttle kilns, tunnel kilns, ceramic track kilns, and push plate kilns in the steel, metallurgical, and chemical industries.

Advantages of CH Refractories manufactured refractory insulation bricks
◆ Thermal insulation
Due to the low thermal conductivity of mullite insulation bricks, it has a good thermal insulation effect and can make the thickness of the furnace wall thinner.
◆ Low thermal conductivity
Low heat melt and low thermal conductivity make the lightweight brick series products accumulate very little heat energy, and the energy saving effect is obvious in intermittent operation kilns.
◆ High purity
Low impurity content has very low oxide content such as alkali metals in the iron box, so it has high refractoriness and high aluminum content;
