Product description

 

High temperature insulation bricks: refers to the Al2O3 content of 50%-85% light firebrick, with mullite as the main crystalline phase and the combination of high quality insulation materials. The main characteristics are: high strength of high temperature structure, low creep at high temperature, small thermal expansion coefficient, strong floc resistance, excellent thermal shock resistance. According to the different aluminum content and volume density, the use of temperature of 1350-1700℃, can directly contact the flame furnace working layer lining.

High temperature resistance: high temperature insulation bricks use high-purity alumina as the main component and have excellent high-temperature resistance. In high temperature environments, it can maintain stable physical and chemical properties, is not prone to ablation and deformation, and extends its service life.
Erosion resistance: high temperature insulation bricks can resist acid and alkali corrosion and metal oxide corrosion. It is suitable for various industrial environments and can ensure the integrity and stability of the furnace structure.
