The Zirconium Corundum Brick is a refractory material with excellent performance, made of zirconium oxide (ZrO₂) and corundum (Al₂O₃) as the main raw materials and made by high-temperature sintering.

Feature

 

Excellent high temperature resistance
The biggest feature of our products is that they are resistant to high temperatures. This material can withstand extreme temperatures of up to 1700°C, far exceeding traditional refractory materials. The reason is that zirconium corundum bricks are composed of high-purity alumina (Al2O3) and zirconium oxide (ZrO2), both of which have extremely high melting points and chemical stability, allowing the bricks to maintain structural integrity and stable performance at high temperatures.

 

Excellent corrosion resistance
Our products have high chemical stability and can resist corrosion from acidic and alkaline media and molten glass and metals. Compared with ordinary high-alumina bricks, our corrosion resistance is increased by about 40%, which is suitable for highly corrosive working conditions such as glass kilns and metallurgical smelting.

 

Excellent thermal shock stability
The Zirconium Corundum Brick can maintain structural integrity during rapid cooling or heating, reducing cracks and spalling caused by temperature differences.

Application 

 

Glass Industry
Zirconium Corundum Brick is widely used in key parts of glass melting furnaces, including regenerators, flow tunnels, kiln heads and melting areas.

 

Metallurgical Industry
In the smelting and processing of metals such as steel and aluminum, our products are used as lining materials for high-temperature furnaces, especially for ladle, induction furnace and converter areas.

 

Building Materials and Ceramic Industries
In cement rotary kilns and ceramic kilns, our products are used as insulation and protective materials for wear-resistant and high-temperature areas.
