Product description
Fused cast azs block are also called fused zirconium corundum bricks. The English abbreviation of fused zirconium corundum bricks is AZS. Fused AZS bricks are made by melting the raw materials, casting them in a mold, and then cooling and solidifying them. The casting methods of fused zirconium corundum bricks are ordinary casting, inclined casting, non-shrinkage cavity casting and quasi-shrinkage cavity casting. The manufacturing process is to mix zircon sand and industrial alumina powder at a ratio of 1:1, plus a small amount of NaZO and B20 flux, mix them evenly, and then melt them at 1800~1900°C before casting.

Application of fused cast azs block
It is used as the first floor paving brick of glass industrial tank kiln or as sub-layer paving brick to build the bottom and wall of glass tank kiln and thermal equipment such as heat storage checker bricks.
