Product description
Zirconium fused corundum brick is made of pure alumina powder with containing zirconium oxide 34% and silicon dioxide 65% zircon sand in electric furnace melting into a model cooling after internalization of white solid, the petrographic structure composed of zirconium corundum and inclined stone eutectoid and glass phase composition, tell from the reading is eutectoid zirconium corundum phase and slanting stone, glass phase between the crystallization of them.

Advantages of CH Refractories manufactured AZS Brick:
According to different applications, CH Refractories provide four casting methods for AZS refractory glass kiln bricks, which are:
PT-normal casting, the shrinkage cavities of bricks are formed under the casting gate; QX-tilt casting, the shrinkage cavities of bricks are located at bottom side while a complete dense zone forms at the opposite end; ZWS-ending casting, this casting method is similar with"WS", merely a few shrinkage cavity remain in upper part of the brick; WS-void free casting, no shrinkage cavity left in brick.
CH refractories will make AZS Brick pre-building for each order carefully before delivering.

Application of AZS brick
Used in an important part of the glass melting furnace - the melting pool wall, with high temperature resistance, erosion resistance and strong corrosion resistance.
