Product description
The main mineral of cast refractory cement is monocalcium aluminate, which hydrates quickly and does not precipitate calcium hydroxide. Therefore, the cast refractory cement prepared with bauxite cement has the characteristics of rapid hardening and high strength. In order to improve its performance, high-quality refractory aggregates and powders can be used, and micro powder can also be added to reduce the amount of cement | adjust particle gradation and other measures

Application of cast refractory cement
High-strength wear-resistant cast refractory cement are mainly used at the front end of cement kiln burners. Since this part is always washed by airflow in the kiln, especially the lower part is more severely washed, and the airflow carries the material dust in the kiln. The impact on the front end of the burner will cause strong erosion and wear, thus reducing the service life of the equipment. At the top of the kiln head cover near the tertiary air duct, the erosion of dust airflow is relatively serious; the top of the front end of the grate cooler is unfairly affected by the rebound heat of the clinker. Impact, the working temperature is relatively high and changes greatly. The low walls on both sides of the front end of the grate cooler cause high-temperature clinker coming down from the kiln mouth for a long time, and are damaged by certain mechanical pressure and cooking stress, as well as the tertiary air duct. Corners are also prone to wear under the erosion of dust airflow, so castables with good wear resistance and fire resistance should be used in these parts.
