The main component of high-alumina ceramic fiber blankets is alumina (Al2O3), with a content of more than 90%, so it has extremely high fire resistance and corrosion resistance. The material can maintain stable chemical properties at high temperatures and even in a molten state, and will not fail due to oxidation, reduction and other reactions. In addition, the high-alumina ceramic fiber blanket also has excellent thermal insulation properties. Its thermal conductivity is extremely low, which can effectively prevent heat transfer and thus play the role of thermal insulation.

Application of aluminum silicate fiber blanket
It can widely be used as lining for kiln and furnace, and insulation layer for high temperature pipe.
