The raw material of aluminate cement is bauxite and limestone, which is made by calcination, and the clinker with calcium aluminate as the main component and alumina content of about 50% is then ground into hydraulic cementing material, which is also a kind of special cement.


The thermal stability of refractory cement is good, the aggregate is almost clinker, the expansion and the reduction of the cement phase is low, so the thermal expansion of masonry is smaller than that of brick, the temperature stress is relatively small, and the structure also has a variety of mesh, needle, chain crystalline phase, resistance to temperature is relatively strong, such as for pouring the pit furnace mouth and the furnace cover, the furnace life can be extended to one and a half years; And refractory brick and refractory brick of the same texture is about the same, but because the refractory cement is not net more sintering, the initial smelting shrinkage is larger, so the load softening point is slightly lower than the refractory brick, but anyway, using refractory cement is still better than the refractory brick..
