Product description

Refractory insulation board is made of ceramic fiber cotton produced by resistance furnace injection fiber forming process as raw material and processed by vacuum forming process. It has good performance on size, roughness, and radian, and has the characteristics on high strength, low thermal conductivity, good thermal shock resistance and spalling resistance. It can be easily cut and installed.

Application of refractory insulation board

1. Backing insulation for kilns in cement and other building materials industries;
2. Kiln backing insulation in petrochemical, metallurgy, ceramics and glass industries;
3. Backing insulation of heat treatment kiln;
