Product description
The Steel Fiber Castable is a high-performance refractory material that is widely used in high-temperature industrial equipment, furnace bodies, chimneys, ,kilns and other refractory structures.

Features
High compressive strength
The Steel Fiber Castable use special steel fiber reinforcement technology, which makes the material show extremely excellent compressive strength based on conventional refractory castables. Through the reinforcement of steel fibers, the internal structure of our materials is dense and strong, and the compressive strength can reach 80-100 MPa, which is about 30% higher than that of ordinary castables.
Excellent thermal shock resistance
Steel fibers can effectively absorb and disperse thermal stress and reduce the generation of cracks caused by temperature differences. Due to the thermal conductivity and good thermal stability of steel fibers, our products can remain stable in environments with drastic temperature fluctuations (such as high-temperature workplaces such as furnaces and boilers), and their thermal shock resistance is 40% higher than that of ordinary refractory materials.
Excellent impact resistance
Traditional refractory castables are prone to cracks or peeling when facing these high-frequency impacts, while our products greatly improve the impact resistance of the material by adding steel fibers. Secondly, compared with ordinary refractory castables, the impact resistance of our products is improved by about 50%, which can effectively ensure the stable operation of high-temperature equipment.
