Product description
According to customers' needs, CH Refractories can provide ordinary, quick exchangeable and gas purging upper nozzles. The bowl part of the tundish nozzle is available with Al2O3-C, MgO-C and spinel-C based and the main body is Al2O3-C based. The main component of the inner core is zirconia, which has the characteristics of high fire resistance, good thermal shock stability, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, small diameter expansion and long life.
The inlaid composite inner core uses zirconium oxide as the main raw material, and is made of zirconium sizing nozzle through advanced technology and high temperature firing. It has strong corrosion resistance, no obvious diameter expansion, and no bias or scattered flow. Phenomenon, good resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heating, no bursting and drifting phenomenon.
