Product description
Commonly used binders for ordinary calcium aluminate cement combined high temp castable refractory are bauxite cement, aluminum-60 cement, and low calcium aluminate cement.
The main mineral of bauxite cement is monocalcium aluminate, which hydrates quickly and does not precipitate calcium hydroxide. Therefore, the high temp castable refractory prepared with bauxite cement has the characteristics of rapid hardening and high strength. In order to improve its performance, high-quality refractory aggregates and powders can be used, and micro powder can also be added to reduce the amount of cement | adjust particle gradation and other measures.

Advantages of high temp castable refractory
The type and dosage of clay binder have an important impact on its performance. The choice of soft clay binder requires good plasticity, strong dispersion, good adhesion, wide sintering temperature range, and high refractoriness.
